Description: Raspberries are easily identified. They have sharply toothed compound leaves in groups of 3-5. The leaves grow in an opposite pattern. The stem is thickly covered with sharp thorns. The flowers, 1 cm across, have 5 white petals. They grow in clusters of 2-5 at the end of branches. The delicious red berries are around 1 cm in diametre.
